This salad is very light, colorful and tasty, it is ideal for dinner or lunch. You may serve it with some meat, it is a nice choice.

Ingredients

  • haricot : 250 g
  • carrot : 2 piece
  • garlic : 1 clove
  • zucchini : 1 piece
  • olive oil : 2 Tbsp
  • lemon juice : 1 Tbsp
  • mustard : 1 Tbsp
  • honey : 1 Tbsp
  • salt : 1 pinch
  • red pepper : 1 pinch
  • black pepper : 1 pinch

Stages of cooking

  1. To make a dressing, in a bowl mix olive oil, lemon juice, mustard seeds, honey and salt per taste.

  2. Chop or process garlic and mix well.

  3. Pour water in a pan and place on the flame. Then rinse and dry with a paper or kitchen towel haricot, rinse and slice into strips carrot. Do the same with zucchini.

  4. When water is boiled, add salt and pour it in a bowl. Place over it a collander and place in harricot for 3-4 minutes.

  5. Immediately place it in a water with ice cubes. In 3-4 minutes take it away and little dry with napkins.

  6. Now place carrot in collander and cook during 1 minute.

  7. Place in cold water.

  8. Put zucchini in the collander and leave for 1-2 minutes.

  9. Now mix all the vegetables in a bowl and dress with the sauce. Enjoy the salad.
