Stewed apples, which are cooked in a crock pot, preserve all the vitamins and microelements. They don\'t cause allergic reactions and are great for kids and adults!

Ingredients

  • apricots: 200 g (dried)
  • cinnamon: 1 tsp
  • brown sugar: 2 Tbsp
  • apple: 5 piece
  • water: 125 ml

  1. Wash dried apricots and let them lay on a paper towel or cloth for about 15-20 minutes. Mix dried apricots with cinnamon and sugar.

  2. Wash the apples and remove the middle part with the seeds. Fill the apples with the topping you have just prepared. Place them into the crock pot and add water.

  3. Heat the crock pot and cook the apples at HIGH regime for 1 hour, then reduce the temperature to the LOW regime and continue cooking for 3-4 hours depending upon the size and sort of the apples. This is how your apples should look when they are ready.

  4. Serve the aromatic apples warm with the syrup. They are great for breakfast or even supper – so nutritional they are!
