If you like vegetable dishes, this one is for you. It is tasty and very light. It absolutely fits for those who keep diet. It is health-giving, by the way. I hope you\'ll find it good.

  • black pepper: 2 pinch
  • salt: 2 pinch
  • potato: 1 piece
  • tomatoes: 2 piece
  • champignons: 5 piece
  • bulb onion: 1 piece
  • sweet pepper: 1 piece
  • carrots: 2 piece
  • marrow: 3 piece
  • eggplant: 1 piece

Prepare all the ingredients. Wash them and peel. Dice all vegetables. Cut potatoe into thin strips.

Now take a frying pan, put in carrot, bulb onion and sweet pepper. Fry all no longer than 5 minutes. After that put them into a stewing pan. Pour in water, it should not cover diced vegetables, and stew ingredients on law heat.

Now fry potatoe and then put it over the vegetables.

Slice champignons and fry them. Again put them over the vegetables. Add salt and pepper.

Its time to add marrows and eggplant. Fry them together and then mix with the rest of the vegetables.

Now add diced tomatoes. Stir everything and stew during 30 minutes. If you have poured too much water, raise the heat and continue stewing until greater part of it will evaporate.
