This a very simple and juicy marrow recipe. Cook it for lunch or it can be a great snack, it is very helpful in case of weight loss.


  • species : 1 tsp (per tatse)
  • garlic : 2 clove
  • egg : 1 piece
  • dry bread crumbs : 2 Tbsp
  • champignons : 5 piece
  • red onion : 1 piece
  • tomatoes : 2 piece (small or 1 big)
  • marrow : 3 piece

Stages of cooking

  1. Take a marrow, cut in half lengthwise, scoop out the pulp, rub with salt and species. Place on a baking tray. Chop and fry champignons.

  2. Now mix fried champignons, tomatoes, onion and garlic. Then add egg and dry bread crumbs. Add greens if you wish.

  3. Stuff marow pieces with vegetable mix, sprinkle salt and species. Bake in a pre-heated to 180C (355F) degrees oven for about half an hour.

  4. Serve and enjoy!
