Today's wonderful dish is instant pot chicken stew for the whole family. You can stew chicken with vegetables or mushrooms.
Ingredients
- chicken fillet: 500 g
- tomatoes: 2 piece
- garlic: 2 clove
- salt: 1 tsp (to taste)
- black pepper: 1 pinch
- vegetable oil: 1 Tbsp

Stages of cooking

Chicken cut into cubes, salt and pepper.

Put the chicken in a pre-oiled bowl.

Set the mode "Frying" for 15 minutes. While the fillet is cooking chop the tomatoes and garlic.

Add vegetables to the chicken.

Add spices or salt to taste. Set the mode "Stew" for 25 minutes.
