Today we offer you a spectacular, healthy apple recipe which is very easy to prepare and which consists of five ingredients! These are not all the benefits of this recipe. If your diet consists only of products of plant origin, then you probably will like this cake, because it is the simplest, fastest and, perhaps, the most healthy apple pie - it does not contain sugar and animal products.
Preheat oven to 225 degrees. Put the bottom of the split form with baking paper, grease the sides.

Measure out the right amount of oatmeal. Peel the remaining third apple, cut into large pieces and put into a blender together with oatmeal.
Add vegetable oil and honey to the flakes, grind to a homogeneous thick mass.
Put the mass in to the baking dish.
Top with apple slices.
Cover with cinnamon and bake for 25 minutes.
