This dish is really something amazing, you can easily cook it in several steps. It is tasty, substantial and full of vitamins.
- black pepper : 2 pinch (per taste)
- bay leaf : 2 piece
- salt : 2 pinch (per taste)
- mustard : 1 tsp
- olive oil : 1 Tbsp
- garlic : 2 clove
- egg : 1 piece
- cheese : 100 g
- cream : 150 g
- cauliflower : 1 piece (medium)
Stages of cooking
Pour water in a pan, when it is boiled place cauliflower, add bay leaf and black pepper, boil 5 minutes.
Mix mustard, olive oil, cream, egg and whisk all.
Chop garlic and grate cheese, add these to the cream mixture.
Place boiled cauliflower into a baking form and pour over the sauce. Bake in a pre-heated to 180C (360F) degrees oven for half an hour.
When it is golden brown, take out the oven and serve.
