Turkey - tender, dietary, nutritious meat. This turkey recipe with vegetables doesn't require a lot of time, but the taste is rich and delicate.
- turkey fillet : 400 g
- mixed vegetables : 200 ml (frozen vegetable mix)
- sweet yellow pepper : 1 piece
- soy sauce : 2 Tbsp
- garlic : 3 clove
- sour cream : 2 Tbsp
Stages of cooking
Add a little vegetable oil to the preheated stewpan and dip the vegetable mixture there. Meanwhile, cut the turkey into small pieces and add to the vegetables. Fry, stirring , over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.
Next, add chopped garlic, soy sauce, sour cream and a little water. Mix everything, reduce the temperature and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve with your favorite side dish!
