Turkey - tender, dietary, nutritious meat. This turkey recipe with vegetables doesn't require a lot of time, but the taste is rich and delicate.

Ingredients

  • turkey fillet : 400 g
  • mixed vegetables : 200 ml (frozen vegetable mix)
  • sweet yellow pepper : 1 piece
  • soy sauce : 2 Tbsp
  • garlic : 3 clove
  • sour cream : 2 Tbsp

  1. Add a little vegetable oil to the preheated stewpan and dip the vegetable mixture there. Meanwhile, cut the turkey into small pieces and add to the vegetables. Fry, stirring , over medium heat for 10-12 minutes.

  2. Next, add chopped garlic, soy sauce, sour cream and a little water. Mix everything, reduce the temperature and simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
