Tzatziki sauce - the most popular Greek sauce, it accompanies all Greek meals.

Ingredients

  • yogurt : 1 kg (Greek yogurt)
  • cucumber : 2 piece
  • garlic : 3 clove
  • olive oil : 4 Tbsp
  • wine vinegar : 1 tsp
  • dill : 1 bunch

Stages of cooking

  1. Prepare Greek yugurt.

  2. Peel the cucumbers, rub on a grater and squeeze them out with hands. Add to the yogurt squeezed cucumbers, garlic (pressed), chopped dill, olive oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.

  3. Mix well.
    It is served with both meat and fish, or you can just spread it on bread.
