  • beet: 300 g
  • garlic: 15 g
  • walnuts: 150 g
  • chili pepper: 10 g
  • coriander leaves: 25 g
  • wine vinegar: 0.5 tsp
  • Powdered coriander: 0.5 tsp

  1. Wash beets, boil until ready (it should be easily pierced with a knife) for 40 minutes.
