Morse is a traditional Russian drink made of forest berries, honey and water. Try this revitalizing and healthy raw berry beverage to boost your immune system during the long winter months. This yummy drink will make you feel and look good!

  1. To cook the beverage, you may use fresh or frozen berries. If you use frozen cranberries, then defreeze them at room temperature for about 30-40 minutes before cooking the morse.

  2. Place the berries into a sieve over a deep pot. Press them well against the sieve using a spoon until all the liquid is in the pan.

  3. Add 6 cups of water through the sieve with leftovers and press them once again to get the most juice from your cranberries.
