Vegan dishes are very tasty and aromatic! The waffles we are going to cook today are the best proof of the fact. The recipe is very simple and easy to cope with. The whole process will not take it longer than one hour, while the result will be stunning!

Ingredients

  • flour : 2 cup
  • sugar : 150 g
  • turmeric : 0.5 tsp (optional)
  • oil : 100 ml
  • water : 350 ml
  • baking soda : 0.3 tsp
  • vinegar : 0.5 tsp

Stages of cooking

  1. Sift the flour in a bowl, add sugar and turmeric. Mix the ingredients well.

     

  2. Add oil and mix once again. You will eventually get small curds.

     

  3. Pour water and mix one more time. Then add baking soda, vinegar and mix carefully once again.

  4. Spoon the batter on the waffle iron and fry until the waffles become golden. Enjoy!
