Hearty and rich vegetable soup with turkey meatballs is a great quick lunch option for adults and children from 1 year old. This easy healthy soup recipe is so simple and is great for the busiest moms.

Ingredients

  • carrots : 50 g
  • zucchini : 230 g
  • potato : 350 g
  • turkey fillet : 250 g
  • egg : 1 piece
  • white bread : 2 piece
  • milk : 10 ml
  • salt : 1 tsp
  • parsley : 1 bunch
  • dill : 1 bunch

  1. Peel carrots and potatoes. Zucchini, if necessary, peel as well. Cut vegetables into small cubes.

  2. Put the carrots in the slow cooker bowl, pour over 67 fl oz ( 2 liters) of water and set the “Soup” ("Boil") mode for 1 hour.
