- carrots : 50 g
- zucchini : 230 g
- potato : 350 g
- turkey fillet : 250 g
- egg : 1 piece
- white bread : 2 piece
- milk : 10 ml
- salt : 1 tsp
- parsley : 1 bunch
- dill : 1 bunch
Stages of cooking
Peel carrots and potatoes. Zucchini, if necessary, peel as well. Cut vegetables into small cubes.
Put the carrots in the slow cooker bowl, pour over 67 fl oz ( 2 liters) of water and set the “Soup” ("Boil") mode for 1 hour.
Chop meat with a blender, add egg, bread soaked in milk and salt. Stir well.
As soon as the water boils, put the potatoes and zucchini in the soup. Form of minced meatballs the size of a walnut, add to soup, salt.
