Everyone who likes this Spanish dish, will certainly like this way of cooking paella. You can add any veggies you like, experiment, this dish is really tasty and easy to cook.

Ingredients

  • parsley: 3 Tbsp
  • lemon: 1 piece
  • soy beans: 100 g
  • rice vinegar: 2 Tbsp
  • rice: 1 cup
  • spices: 2 pinch (paprika, saffron, hot pepper)
  • tomatoes: 4 piece
  • bay leaf: 1 piece
  • olive oil: 3 Tbsp
  • garlic: 3 clove
  • fennel: 1 piece
  • bell pepper: 2 piece
  • onion: 1 piece
