Everyone who likes this Spanish dish, will certainly like this way of cooking paella. You can add any veggies you like, experiment, this dish is really tasty and easy to cook.

Ingredients

  • parsley : 3 Tbsp
  • lemon : 1 piece
  • soy beans : 100 g
  • rice vinegar : 2 Tbsp
  • rice : 1 cup
  • spices : 2 pinch (paprika, saffron, hot pepper)
  • tomatoes : 4 piece
  • bay leaf : 1 piece
  • olive oil : 3 Tbsp
  • garlic : 3 clove
  • fennel : 1 piece
  • bell pepper : 2 piece
  • onion : 1 piece

Stages of cooking

  1. Peel onion, slice or chop. Pour little oil on a pan and saute onion.

  2. Rinse pepper and slice, also rinse, peel and cut garlic and fennel.

  3. Select a good rice for Paella recipe.
