This is one of the vegetarian patty recipes, these patties are very substantial, though light enough. Vegetarian patties are ideal for weight loss program.
- salt : 1 tsp (per taste)
- vegetable oil : 2 Tbsp
- water : 0.5 cup
- semolina : 0.5 cup
- carrot : 500 g
- bran : 2 Tbsp
Stages of cooking
Grate carrot and throw into a pan, pour water and stew 15 minutes.
Remove carrot into a bowl, add the rest of ingredients. Stir well.
Now make patties any shape you like.
Take a baking tray, spread parchment and place patties. Bake in a pre-heated to 200C (390F) degrees oven for 20 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
