This is an excellent choice of a vegetarian side-dish. It is tasty, aromatic and not overloaded with extra calories. Besides, this is a good combination of ingredients, you’ll like it!
Prepare all the ingredients, rinse and peel veggies.
Cut potatoes into big enough pieces.
Spread the butter all over the baking form. Spread the layer of potatoes. Sprinkle salt, pepper and onions.
Next spread the layer of cubed marrow, sprinkle salt and allspice.
Spread tomato circles and sprinkle over cheese.
Bake in a pre-heated to 180C (360F) degrees oven for about 35-40 minutes. When it is ready, take out the oven and cool, so it will keeps its form.
Place on the plates and serve!
