Have you ever heard anything about vegetarian rice mayonnaise? It differs a lot from the classic mayonnaise and contains ingredients that will certainly surprise you. Try cooking the sauce and make sure it is really healthy and delicious!

Ingredients

  • rice : 100 g (boiled)
  • olive oil : 200 ml
  • salt : 0.5 tsp
  • sugar : 1 tsp
  • lemon juice : 1 Tbsp
  • mustard : 1 tsp

  1. Boil the rice, wait until it cools down and sift it. Do not get rid of water, in which the rice boiled

  2. Take 100 ml of olive oil and pour it into the rice. Blend the rice into puree

  3. Add mustard and blend the mass once again.

  4. Now, take a mixer or a whisk and whip the mass adding the rest of olive oil. You will see how the sauce gets smooth.  If you feel that you need more olive oil, add as much as you need. This depends upon the situation. If the mayonnaise is too dense, add a few tablespoons of rice water

  5. Add salt, sugar and lemon juice. Leave for 10 minutes to let sugar and salt dissolve in the mayonnaise. Taste it and add these ingredients once again to meet your taste

  6. You can use this mayonnaise as the salad dressing or serve it with vegetables. If you wish, add chopped garlic and parsley to make the vegetable rice mayonnaise more delicious! Enjoy!
