This is the recipe of a tasty and substantial vegetarian roll, which can be served either for lunch or dinner. None will refuse to taste this delicious side-dish.

Ingredients

  • species: 1 tsp (per taste)
  • vegetable oil: 2 Tbsp
  • carrots: 2 piece
  • onion: 2 piece (small)
  • champignons: 350 g
  • flour: 3 Tbsp

  1. Fry chopped onion, grated carrot and cut mushrooms until golden.
