This sandwich is very big, substantial and tasty, so it is able to satisfy your hunger. It is healthy, by the way! Cook and enjoy!
- cheese : 120 g
- tomatoes : 1 piece
- mustard : 100 g (per taste)
- mayonnaise : 100 g (per taste)
- bread bun : 4 piece
- black pepper : 1 pinch (optional)
- champignons : 240 g
- onion : 6 piece (shallot)
- olive oil : 2 Tbsp
- bell pepper : 2 piece (red)
Stages of cooking
Pre-heat the oven. Spread the foil over the baking tray, cut bell pepper and place on the foil.
Bake approximately 15 minutes or until black spots appear. Then peel it and cut again into small pieces.
Slice onions, add salt and fry until onion becomes golden brown. Place into a bowl.
Slice champignons and fry during 3 minutes. Throw into the bowl with onions, add black pepper and cut bell pepper.
Spread the stuffing equally between all bread buns, then put cheese slices and tomatoes.
Bake in the oven until cheese is melted, this is 3-5 minutes. Then little cool and serve!
