Cook frozen salmon in an air fryer with this easy recipe. Forget to thaw your salmon? No problem! You can whip up the sauce while the air fryer is preheating and have dinner on the table in 20 minutes.
Ingredients
- Dijon mustard: 0.25 cup
- brown sugar: 1 Tbsp
- garlic: 2 tsp (minced)
- kosher salt: 0.75 tsp
- black pepper: 0.5 tsp (freshly ground)
- freeze-dried dill: 0.5 tsp
- frozen salmon fillets, skin-on: 2 piece (12 ounce)

Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (199 degrees C).

Whisk together mustard, brown sugar, garlic, salt, pepper, and dill in a small bowl until well combined. Set aside.

Place frozen salmon, flesh-side down, in the air fryer basket and cook in the preheated air fryer for 6 minutes. Flip salmon, brush 1/4 of the sauce over each fillet, and continue cooking for 6 more minutes.
