Stages of cooking
Mix 50 g of butter, 0.5 cup of sugar and 1.5 cups of flour in a bowl to get the sandy-like texture.
Add cream and one egg yolk and mix the ingredients once again to get dough.
Cover the dough with kitchen film and put it into the fridge for about an hour. Then take the dough away from the fridge and roll it out. The dough should be soft and thin.
Spread the dough over the baking pan with your palms and make sure you have not forgotten about the borders.
Put the baking pan into the freezer for about 30-40 minutes. Then bake in the pre-heated to 160 C (320 F) oven for about 15 minutes and let it cool down.
While the base for your tart is cooling, prepare the topping. Peel the apples ant cut them into 8 equal pieces.
Heat the frying pan and melt the sugar on medium fire. Then sauté the apples to make them soft.
Take a bowl and mix 1 tablespoon of sugar and cream cheese there. Add vanilla essence and mix the ingredients once again.
Add eggs one by one and mix the topping once again.
Now, it is high time to add the raisins, 1 tablespoon of flour and cornstarch. Mix the topping one more time.
Spoon the topping into the readymade tart and even the surface.
Take another bowl and mix the rest of butter, sugar, flour and cinnamon there to get a crumby mixture.
Dredge the topping with this mixture and bake at 160 C (320 F) for about 40-60 minutes until the topping becomes golden.
As soon as the tart is ready, take it away from the oven, let it cool down, cut into pieces and enjoy its fascinating taste!
