This chicken fillet is one of healthy asian chicken recipes, ingredients for which, for sure, can be found in any home. This dish consists of finely chopped chicken fillet slices, marinated in a spicy sauce and fried in hot oil.

- chicken breasts: 300 g
- soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
- balsamic vinegar: 1 tsp
- olive oil: 2 Tbsp
- honey: 1 tsp
- ginger: 1 tsp
- sesame: 1 tsp

Chicken fillet should be washed and cut into slices.

The next step is preparing the sauce. To do this, mix soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, honey, ground ginger and olive oil (one tablespoon), mix everything thoroughly. Sliced chicken fillet must be marinated in the sauce for one hour. After an hour, lay out chicken fillet on a hot frying pan and fry it over high heat in the remaining olive oil for about five to seven minutes.
