Set this cheese ball out at a party and it will disappear like magic before your eyes. I like to serve it with plain potato chips or real dill pickle-flavored potato chips instead of the artificially flavored ones. Crackers and raw veggies work too.

Ingredients

  • ounces cream cheese: 16 piece (softened)
  • sour cream: 0.33333 cup
  • dill pickles: 1 cup (diced)
  • sharp Cheddar cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
  • Monterey Jack cheese: 1 cup (shredded)
  • dill pickle juice: 2 Tbsp
  • green onions: 3 piece (chopped)
  • paprika: 1 tsp
  • dill: 1 tsp (dried)
  • ½ cups Cheddar cheese-flavored pretzels: 1 piece
  • slices bacon, cooked and crumbled: 6 piece
