This baked haddock recipe is quick and easy to prepare with a Parmesan bread crumb coating, plus it's a nice alternative to deep frying.

  • milk: 0.75 cup
  • salt: 2 tsp
  • bread crumbs: 0.75 cup
  • Parmesan cheese: 0.25 cup (grated)
  • ground dried thyme: 0.25 tsp
  • haddock fillets: 4 piece
  • butter: 0.25 cup (melted)

  1. Preheat oven to 500 degrees F (260 degrees C).
