Chicken breasts in sweet citrus marinade will complement your piggy bank of quick recipes for every day when you don’t have a desire to stand at the stove for a long time, and maybe it will become your favourite main dish. The main time the chicken will marinate - you just have to put it in the oven and go on your stuffs.
Marinate chicken breasts: peel the garlic, press through. Put the fillet in a baking dish of a suitable size, pour it with oil, soy sauce, sprinkle with Provencal herbs, add salt and pepper to taste, season with garlic, sprinkle with lime juice and rub it thoroughly on all sides. Cut the orange into slices and squeeze the juice into fillets. Squeezed orange slices are also spread on meat. Put sprigs of rosemary on top. Melt the honey and pour the chicken on top. Cover with food film and leave to marinate for 1-1.5 hours.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 40 minutes.
