Today we suggest you to cook delicious juicy fish with minimal efforts - put the fish and sauce in the baking form and put it in the oven. While the fish is cooking, you have time to prepare a side dish - potatoes, vegetables, or, for example, rice.

Ingredients

  • codfish : 650 g (may be replaced with tilapia or other white fish)
  • sour cream : 260 g (25%)
  • tomatoes : 150 g
  • celery stalk : 70 g
  • parmesan : 70 g
  • garlic : 2 clove
  • cilantro : 15 g
  • green onion : 30 g
  • paprika : 1 tsp
  • salt : 1 tsp

Stages of cooking

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Wash the green onion, cilantro and tomatoes. Peel the garlic. Rinse fish fillets with water.

  2. Prepare the sauce: combine sour cream, chopped garlic, paprika and salt in a bowl. From celery stalk remove coarse fibers and chop it. Grate cheese. Add cheese and celery to sour cream, stir.

  3. Peel the tomatoes and chop them. Chop half the onion and cilantro. Add chopped greens and tomatoes to sour cream, stir.

  4. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Prepare a baking dish, preferably with a ceramic coating. Remove the bones from the fish if there are some. Cut the fish into medium cubes, about 4 cm in size. The fish can be slightly salted. Put half the fish into the form, grease half the sauce. Top out the second half of the fish and the remaining sauce. Smooth sauce with a spoon.

  5. Bake for about 20 minutes.
