Beef soup with vegetables in a crock pot consists of healthy ingredients each person has in a fridge. It is tasty, easy to cook and so aromatic!
Ingredients
- beef: 900 g
- flour: 100 g
- salt: 1 tsp
- black pepper: 1 tsp
- sweet pepper: 2 tsp
- powdered garlic: 0.5 tsp
- bay leaf: 2 piece
- meat broth: 3 cup
- Worcestershire sauce: 1 Tbsp
- onion: 1 piece
- carrots: 3 piece
- potato: 3 piece
- celery stalk: 2 piece

Heat the crock pot, cut the beef into cubes, chop the onion, carrots, celery stalk and potatoes

Mix flour, salt, pepper, sweet pepper, powdered garlic in a bowl. Put the beef into the crock pot, add the flour mixture and stir well

Add half portion of the meat broth and stir it with flour and beef. Add the rest of the broth and keep stirring. Finally, add Worcestershire sauce and stir everything once again

Add chopped vegetables and bay leaves, cover the pot and boil on the mid fire not less than 8 hours. If you wish, you can fry the vegetables in advance. This will reduce the amount of cooking time. To do that, chop the vegetables, fry them on a large frying pan for 7-9 minutes and add into the crock pot. In this case, you will need only 4 hours to cook the soup. Good luck!
