Ingredients

  • arugula : 125 g
  • mint leaves : 2 Tbsp
  • pistachios : 70 g
  • garlic : 2 clove
  • olive oil : 60 ml
  • lemon juice : 2 Tbsp
  • hard cheese : 30 g
  • salt : 1 tsp

  1. Prepare ingredients.

  2. Dry the pistachios in a dry frying pan for a couple of minutes, stirring.

  3. Arugula and mint leaves shift in a blender. Add peeled and coarsely chopped garlic, pour in oil and lemon juice. Chop well.
