- arugula : 125 g
- mint leaves : 2 Tbsp
- pistachios : 70 g
- garlic : 2 clove
- olive oil : 60 ml
- lemon juice : 2 Tbsp
- hard cheese : 30 g
- salt : 1 tsp
Stages of cooking
Dry the pistachios in a dry frying pan for a couple of minutes, stirring.
Arugula and mint leaves shift in a blender. Add peeled and coarsely chopped garlic, pour in oil and lemon juice. Chop well.
Add pistachios into a blender. Chop the sauce until smooth.
Add grated hard cheese and salt, mix well.
The sauce is done!
