This is a great breakfast that you can grab fast in the morning. It goes great with a hot cup of coffee. It also keeps very well so you can make some on Sunday night and enjoy it all week!

Ingredients

  • rolled oats: 2 cups
  • green apple: 1 piece (chopped)
  • 2% milk: 1 cup
  • nonfat plain yogurt: 1 cup
  • banana: 1 piece (chopped)
  • raisins: 0.25 cup
  • walnuts: 1 Tbsp (chopped)
  • slivered almonds: 1 Tbsp
  • brown sugar: 1 Tbsp
  • honey: 1 Tbsp
  • orange juice: 1 Tbsp
