This Buffalo chicken salad is awesome served in a toasted hoagie roll with melted Cheddar or Jack cheese.
Ingredients
- cubed, cooked chicken: 2 cups
- stalks celery: 3 piece (diced)
- green onions: 2 piece (chopped)
- ranch dressing: 0.5 cup
- hot buffalo wing sauce (such as Frank's® REDHOT Buffalo Wing Sauce): 0.25 cup (to taste)
- salt and freshly ground black pepper: (to taste)
