Great caramel popcorn for any holiday or occasion. If you like chewy popcorn, bake the coated corn a little less.

  • butter: 1 cup
  • brown sugar: 2 cups
  • corn syrup: 0.5 cup
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • baking soda: 0.5 tsp
