Cha Cha's chili with white beans and chicken is delicious but kind of spicy, so watch out!
Ingredients
- vegetable oil: 1 Tbsp
- onion: 1 piece (chopped)
- Jalapeno peppers: 1 can (4 ounce can, diced)
- green Chili peppers: 1 can (4 ounce can, chopped)
- garlic: 3 clove (crushed)
- ground cumin: 2 tsp
- oregano: 1 tsp (dried)
- ground cayenne pepper: 1 tsp
- white beans: 3 cans (15 ounce cans, drained)
- chicken broth: 2 cans (14.5 ounce cans)
- cooked chicken breast: 3 cups (chopped)
- Monterey Jack cheese: 1 cup (shredded)

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium-low heat. Add onion; cook and stir until tender, 5 to 8 minutes. Add jalapeño peppers, chile peppers, garlic, cumin, oregano, and cayenne pepper; cook and stir for 3 minutes. Stir in beans, chicken broth, and chicken. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
