Jazz up your popcorn by adding some Chinese-inspired seasonings to give it a unique taste.

Ingredients

  • plain popped popcorn, unsalted: 10 cups
  • ½ cups chow mein noodles: 1 piece
  • honey roasted peanuts: 1 cup
  • unsalted butter: 3 Tbsp (melted)
  • low-sodium soy sauce: 2 Tbsp
  • lime juice: 1 Tbsp (freshly squeezed)
  • ½ teaspoons sesame oil: 1 piece
  • sriracha sauce: 1 tsp (to taste)
  • ground ginger: 1 tsp

  1. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Line a large baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper.
