- eggs, at room temperature: 2 piece
- vanilla: 0.5 tsp
- butter: 2 Tbsp (melted)
- ¼ cups all-purpose flour: 1 piece
- unsweetened cocoa powder: 0.25 cup
- white sugar: 3 Tbsp
- salt: 0.25 tsp
- semisweet chocolate chips: 0.5 cup

Whisk milk, eggs, and vanilla together in a bowl. Stir in melted butter.

Whisk flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt together in a separate bowl. Pour in wet ingredients and mix until just combined. Stir in chocolate chips.
