Ingredients
- banana: 2 piece
- dates: 4 piece
- cocoa powder: 1.5 tsp (raw)
- vanilla essence: 1 tsp
- soy milk: 1 cup (or almond milk)

Peel and slice 2 bananas. Put the pieces of bananas on a flat surface and place into the fridge for several hours (preferable, overnight).

To make the dates soft and ready for cooking your smoothie, raise, pit and soak them for about 30 minutes. However, if you have a powerful blender, you can omit this step. Blend the dates as soon as they are ready.

Now, take your banana slices from the fridge and add them to the dates. Keep blending until the beverage is ready. Don’t be in a hurry. This may take some time.

Add cacao powder, vanilla extract and blend the drink once again. Right after that, add a cup of almond or soy milk, blend again for about half a minute. Enjoy!
