  1. Divide the ingredients into 3 bowls based on their colors. The first bowl should contain red ingredients, namely tomatoes, red currant and red hot chili pepper. The second bowl should include yellow ingredients – bell pepper and ginger. The third bowl, correspondingly, should contain ingredients of green color, such as cucumber, mint and green hot chili pepper.

Puree the ingredients in each bowl.  Add breadcrumbs, lemon juice, salt and black pepper. If you wish, you can also add any alcohol beverage you like or even combine these beverages. Tomatoes are compatible with whiskey, yellow bell pepper tastes great with dry white wine, while cucumbers should better be combined with dry vermouth. Adding alcohol is an optional step, which can be omitted.

  2. Leave the bowls with colorful puree in a fridge for over 2 hours. Now, you can combine them as you wish to avail different taste variations. The dishes are dense, so they will look great in glass bowls and cups. This is one of the variants I like most. I added dry breadcrumbs and shrimps here to make the dish look like soup.

  3. Another variant is to pour each puree in glasses and serve as they are, having decorated them with mint leaves. Your guests will be able to choose that combination of ingredients they like most! A perfect idea, isn’t it?

  4. Finally, I have prepared a three-layer cocktail for a romantic supper and decorated it with red currant and mint leaves. This is a perfect cocktail, the taste of which will not leave anyone indifferent! Enjoy!
