  • banana : 1 piece
  • apple : 1 piece
  • spinach : 50 g
  • cocoa powder : 10 g
  • honey : 1 tsp
  • water : 50 ml

  1. Prepare the ingredients. Apple, banana and spinach wash well.

  2. Put spinach, apple, banana, honey and cocoa into the blender bowl. If desired, water can be added to make the smoothie less thick. All ingredients are whipped with a blender until smooth.

    Apple coreless, cut into small pieces. Peel banana and divide into several parts.
