- dark brown sugar: 1 Tbsp
- sweet paprika: 1 Tbsp
- kosher salt: 0.5 Tbsp
- garlic powder: 1 tsp
- onion powder: 1 tsp
- poultry seasoning: 1 tsp
- mustard powder: 0.5 tsp
- black pepper: 0.5 tsp (freshly ground)
- chicken wings: 8 piece (or more if needed)
