This easy giblet gravy recipe is an old-fashioned turkey gravy, simple to prepare.

Ingredients

  • turkey drippings: 3 Tbsp
  • all-purpose flour: 3 Tbsp
  • ½ cups turkey stock: 2 piece
  • turkey giblets: 0.25 cup (chopped, cooked)
  • fresh sage: 0.5 Tbsp (chopped)
  • ground black pepper: 0.5 tsp
  • salt: (to taste)

  1. Heat pan drippings in a large skillet over medium heat; gradually add flour and stir until golden brown.
