These Oreo truffles are delicious and easy to make with oreo cookies, cream cheese, and semisweet chocolate. These sweet little treats are a great addition to all the other cookies on your holiday tray.

- ounces cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (such as Oreo): 16 piece (divided)
