This easy pie crust recipe was given to me by a friend of mine many years ago. I enjoy it because it has a different taste and is so easy to fix.
Ingredients
- ½ cups all-purpose flour: 1 piece
- vegetable oil: 0.5 cup
- milk: 2 Tbsp
- white sugar: 2 tsp
- salt: 1 tsp

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

Combine flour, oil, milk, sugar, and salt in a 9-inch pie pan; stir with a fork until mixture comes together. Pat into the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Poke holes in the bottom and sides with a fork.

Bake in the preheated oven until light golden brown, about 15 minutes. Use as directed in your favorite pie recipe. CookGoodFood
