This easy pie crust recipe was given to me by a friend of mine many years ago. I enjoy it because it has a different taste and is so easy to fix.

Ingredients

  • ½ cups all-purpose flour: 1 piece
  • vegetable oil: 0.5 cup
  • milk: 2 Tbsp
  • white sugar: 2 tsp
  • salt: 1 tsp

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).

  2. Combine flour, oil, milk, sugar, and salt in a 9-inch pie pan; stir with a fork until mixture comes together. Pat into the bottom and up the sides of the pan. Poke holes in the bottom and sides with a fork.
