- ground beef: 1.5 pound
- Italian seasoned bread crumbs: 1.25 cups
- yellow onion: 1 medium (chopped)
- garlic: 2 clove (minced)
- parsley: 0.25 cup (fresh; chopped)
- egg: 1 piece (beaten)
- spaghetti sauce: 1 jar (28 ounce jar)
- tomatoes: 1 can (16 ounce can, crushed)
- tomato puree: 1 can (14.25 ounce can)
