Stages of cooking
-
Take the required amount of ingredients and a deep bowl. Mix oat flakes, salt and yeast in the bowl. Add warm water.
-
Mix the ingredients in the bowl and leave for 20 minutes. You can also cover the bowl with the lead to prevent the water from quick cooling.
-
As soon as 20 minutes are over, you will see small bubbles, which means that it is high time to add flour. Eventually, you will get dense and sticky dough, but you don’t have to touch it.
-
Just take a baking form and put the dough inside it. If you use silicon baking form, it is enough to sprinkle it with water, but if you use any other baking form, do not forget to oil it. Bake at 225 C (437 F) for 25-30 minutes.
-
Leave the bread to cool down, having covered it with a towel. Then cut the bread and treat your guests and family members!
