Yummy and easy to make garlic potatoes will make them come back for seconds.

Ingredients

  • ½ pounds red potatoes: 1 piece (cut into large chunks)
  • clove garlic: 1 piece (halved lengthwise)
  • milk: 0.5 cup
  • salt: 1 tsp
  • fresh parsley: 1 Tbsp (chopped)

  1. Place the potatoes and garlic into a large pot, and just cover with salted water. Bring to a boil; reduce heat to low, and cover. Simmer until very tender, about 20 minutes. Drain. Allow to steam dry for a minute or two.

  2. Return the potatoes to the pot. Pour in milk, and season with salt; mash until smooth. Stir in the parsley.
