I am using Halloween as an excuse to make brownies topped with cheesecake. These taste delicious and are perfect for your next Halloween party.

Ingredients

  • ounces dark chocolate: 3 piece (chopped)
  • unsalted butter: 0.5 cup (melted)
  • eggs: 2 piece
  • ¼ cups granulated sugar: 1 piece
  • vanilla extract: 1 tsp
  • kosher salt: 0.75 tsp
  • all-purpose flour: 0.66667 cup
  • cream cheese: 0.5 pack (8 ounce pack, softened)
  • white sugar: 2 Tbsp
  • egg white: 1 piece
  • vanilla extract: 0.25 tsp

  3. Combine eggs and sugar in a bowl and mix with an electric mixer on high speed until light and pale yellow in color. Add vanilla extract and salt. Continue mixing on high for 1 minute.

  4. Transfer in chocolate-butter mixture and mix until well combined for 30 seconds. Fold in flour with a spatula until flour has disappeared. Set aside 2 teaspoons of brownie batter.
