This Greek salad recipe is incredibly good! It's nice and tangy and tastes even better in the summer when tomatoes and cucumbers are at their best.
Ingredients
- head romaine lettuce- rinsed, dried and: 1 piece (chopped)
- cucumber: 1 piece (sliced)
- tomatoes: 2 piece (chopped)
- pitted black olives: 1 can (6 ounce can)
- green bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- red bell pepper: 1 piece (chopped)
- red onion: 1 piece (sliced)
- crumbled feta cheese: 1 cup
- olive oil: 6 Tbsp
- lemon: 1 piece (juiced)
- oregano: 1 tsp (dried)
- ground black pepper: (to taste)
