Ingredients
- spinach: 50 g
- apple: 1 piece
- kiwi: 3 piece
- orange juice: 50 ml
- almond: 20 g
- water: 50 ml

Chop spinach leaves.

Peel apple and kiwi. Cut them into medium chunks.

Put all ingredients in a blender bowl. Squeeze the juice of half an orange and add nuts. Shake all ingredients with a blender until smooth. If the smoothies turns out dense, you can add 30-50 ml of water and shake again.
