Quiche - open French pie. We offer you to cook one of healthy chicken and vegetable recipes - crumbly dough based on oatmeal and whole grain flour. It can be served for lunch, a festive breakfast or take with you on a picnic. The beauty of the cake - in a variety of fillings. Mix the ingredients to your taste, if you are not a fan of broccoli - replace it with asparagus beans, peas, mushrooms; like cheese - add more solid or melted cheese


  • chicken breasts : 370 g
  • broccoli : 200 g
  • onion : 1 piece
  • cherry tomatoes : 200 g
  • hard cheese : 200 g
  • egg : 2 piece
  • cream : 200 ml (20% fat)
  • salt : 1 tsp
  • black pepper : 1 pinch
  • oat-flakes : 110 g
  • whole-wheat flour : 110 g
  • butter : 100 g
  • milk : 50 g
  • baking powder : 0.5 tsp
  • salt : 0.2 tsp

  1. Prepare the ingredients for the dough: the butter and milk should be cold. Butter cut into cubes.

  2. Turn on the oven to warm up to 180 degrees. Combine flour, instant oatmeal, salt, baking powder and cold butter, milk. A baking mold should be filled with dough (it is not necessary to lubricate the form - there is enough oil in the dough). Form the sides with a height of 3 cm. Remove the form in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes, and then put in the preheated oven for 15 minutes.

  3. Peel and chop the onion and cut the fillets into thin strips.

  4. Fry meat and onions in a pan without adding oil for 15-20 minutes, until the liquid has evaporated. Simultaneously, boil the broccoli in boiling water for 5 minutes and then immediately transfer the broccoli to cold water.

  5. Grate cheese, wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half.

  6. Whisk the eggs with salt, pepper and cream. Add grated cheese and stir.

  7. Put the fried filet in the dough form, then the tomatoes and broccoli (can be cut in halves or quarters).

  8. Pour the creamy cheese mixture. Remove the quiche in an oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
