If you are looking for healthy sandwich recipe than this is the one. Vegetarian style sandwich will become great appetizer on your table. Everyone will love it. To simplify the preparation you can prepare the pepper in advance.

Ingredients

  • sweet pepper : 500 g
  • feta cheese : 100 g
  • parsley : 5 g (5-6 sprigs of parsley)
  • olive oil : 1 Tbsp
  • garlic : 1 cubes
  • white bread : 8 piece (you can replace it with bran bread)

Stages of cooking

  1. Put sweet pepper in preheated to 220 degrees oven. Cook for 40-50 minutes, until black tan appears on the skin.

  2. Put hot pepper immediately into a plastic bag, tightly tie. Leave on for 20-30 minutes (this will help to remove the skin easily).

  3. Remove the skin from the cooled pepper, remove seeds and cut it into thin strips.

  4. Add parsley and olive oil.

  5. Cut feta into small cubes.

  6. Cut bread cut into slices, dry in a toaster.

  7. Grate each slice of bread with a clove of garlic. Top with baked peppers and feta. The sandwich is ready!
