Ingredients
- shrimp: 750 g (boiled and peeled)
- garlic: 4 clove
- chili pepper: 1 piece (0.5 red and 0.5 green)
- ginger: 2 Tbsp
- oil: 3 Tbsp
- rice vinegar: 2 Tbsp
- brown sugar: 1 Tbsp
- starch: 1 Tbsp

Chop garlic and ginger, slice the pepper into thin strips and fry on oil for about 1-2 minutes

Add boiled and peeled shrimps, leave the tails unpeeled. It will be easier for your to eat them afterwards. Keep frying for 2-3 minutes more.

Add rice vinegar, sugar, soy sauce. Dissolve starch in one tablespoon of water and add to the shrimps. Mix until the sauce becomes dense.
